Deane’s been swingin’ hammers in southern Maine for more than 25 years. A third‑generation builder, he’s proud to be onsite every day — hands on, sleeves rolled, making sure the job’s done right from first cut to last nail.

Connor Gower

Connor’s been with us full-time for four years. Raised on job-sites — always the kid in the back of the truck — and now he’s running jobs with his old man. Same crew, same standards, same name on the truck and the contract.

Jennifer Gower

Serving as Treasurer, Jennifer takes on the vital responsibility of guiding Connor and Deane and keeping their efforts aligned with budgets and timelines. Her consistent oversight, strategic thinking, and patient leadership deliver dependable results.
